| 摘 要： | 出于种种原因 ,越来越多的营养素加入食品中 ,为建立合理添加必需营养素的一致原则 ,维持和促进食品的全面营养质量 ,减少由于添加过多、营养缺乏或不平衡所致的健康危害 ,世界各国和国际组织均制定相应的法规来规范这一行为。本文就国内外相关的法规管理情况进行介绍、比较 ,旨在对我国强化食品的生产和管理提供参考和借鉴
