| 摘 要： | 文章通过对禹能光伏工程项目进度优化案例分析,归纳总结目前工程项目进度,存在超期、工程项目工期优化问题仍没有得到很好解决的情况下,通过探讨太阳能光伏工程项目优化研究,理论与实际分析,提出全面进度管理,从优化图纸设计、强化施工方案、确定经验丰富的施工队伍、加强立体交叉作业管理等方面详细做了阐述。并借鉴工作经验总结优化工程项目进度,为以后建设大型光伏工程项目提出宝贵意见。 |

| Abstract: | Through the case analysis of Yuneng photovoltaic engineering project schedule optimization and under the unsolved problems such as the project overdue and engineering project optimization,this paper discusses the research of solar energy photovoltaic engineering project optimization and proposes a comprehensive progress management.The paper expounds the problem from some aspects such as drawing design optimization,construction scheme strengthening,determining of the experienced construction team and strengthening the stereoscopic cross operation management,which can provide valuable reference for the later construction of large photovoltaic engineering project. |
