电感藕合等离子体发射光谱法测定鞋材中总铅含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:通过对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定鞋材中总铅含量的不确定度的评定实践,建立了该分析过程的相应数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析,按照国际通用方法对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到ICP-AES法测定鞋材中总铅含量的不确定度评定。结果表明标准曲线拟合线性方程、配制标准工作液的不确定度、样品重复性分析及样品称样质量是不确定度的主要来源。

Abstract:A mathematic model for evaluating the uncertainty of the determination procedure of plumbum in footwear sample by ICP-AES was established. The uncertainty sources for each of the parameters in the model were analyzed. According to the international general method, the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended respectively to obtain the uncertainty evaluation.
