| 摘 要： | 在对建筑施工企业文化界定的基础上,分析了企业安全文化对于建筑施工企业的必要性及重要性,根据建筑企业安全文化的特点,对其安全文化的构建方式及方法进行了初步的研究,为提高建筑施工企业在生产过程中的安全性提供了理论基础。
