| Abstract: | Water conservancy investment and financing top-level design and expansion of investment and financing channels are difficulties that should be solved by water conservancy investment and financing work greatly. This paper analyzes the current water conservancy investment and financing work status in Shaanxi Province, studies the problems, and proposes concepts and measures of water conservancy investment and financing work top-level design. |
