摘    要:介绍以脱脂米糠为原料用微波辅助浸提离子交换法从米糠中提取植酸的方法,并讨论了此提取方法的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,微波辅助浸提离子交接法较传统的浸提法在产品质量和收率上均有明显提高。

Abstract:Methods of extraction of phytic acid by microwave assist and ion exchange resin from degreasing rice bran are described, and the optimum condition of the method is discussed in this paper. The experiment result expressed that quality and yield of product by this method is better than by traditional extraction.
