| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的精密加工测试系统，并讨论了这种测试系统的原理以及硬件和软件的实现。该测试系统采用美国NI公司的PCI-6024E数据采集卡，在LabVIEW编程环境下。实现了对信号的数据采集、显示及数据处理，并成功应用于磨料水射流复合电解加工系统的测试。

| Abstract: | A test system of precision machining based on virtual instrument is introduced. The theory of this test system and realization of hardware and software are discussed. The test system adopts PCI -6024E data acquisition card of American NI Company, and realizes data acquisition, showing and data processing under the environment of LabVIEW. It has been successful used in the test of abrasive water -jet electro chemical machining system. |
