In retrospection of the conservation plan for a thousand-year Nange village in east Zhejiang Province, this article aims to remodel the conservation approach by using of GIS method, which could help us understand in depth and succeed the very local way of building construction. And digest with the universal principle of conservation with the local tradition, avoiding copy with the Western notion dogmatically.
