非圆内孔接头精密塑性成形工艺及数值模拟

摘    要:针对非圆内孔接头的实际要求,从非圆内孔接头锻造加工工艺入手,提出温反挤压和变薄拉深相结合的成形工艺。利用有限元软件MSC.Marc对非圆内孔接头成形过程进行数值模拟分析,得到了非圆内孔接头成形的充填情况以及成形过程中各力能参数变化趋势;并采用自行设计的实验模具,对非圆内孔接头进行了成形实验研究。实验结果和数值模拟结果相吻合,验证了该工艺的可行性。

Abstract:In accordance with the practical requirements of non-circular hole joint, a new non-circular hole joint process technology which includes warm backward extrusion and ironing forming is putted forward. Through the numerical simulation analysis to the forming process of the non-circular hole joint by applying software MSC. Marc, this paper presents the filling condition and the energetic parameter variable trend. At the same time, the steel work piece forming experiment is done by using self-designed die. The feasibility of the forming technology is proved by experimental results and numerical simulation results.
