| Abstract: | By analyzing the development and application status of ITIL theory, describes the importance of IT service management in enterprise informatization. And based on the analysis of IT operation and maintenance demand of Anhui Tobacco Co.Ltd., it also analyzes the objections and principles of IT service management, proposes an overall system architecture, designs every functional module in IT service system, in order to improve IT service capabilities and secure stability of IT system. |
