换流变压器油枕胶囊泄漏免拆卸快速诊断技术研究

摘    要:换流变压器油枕出现胶囊破损时,常规处理方案存在工艺复杂、工期较长且易受天气影响等弊端。对此,提出了一种换流变压器油枕胶囊泄漏免拆卸快速诊断技术,综合利用棉棒底部探油、静态保压试验、微正压保压排气3种方式,实现了在不拆卸胶囊的情况下对其是否泄漏做出快速、准确的判断,大大提升了检修工艺,缩短了检修工期。最后通过现场实践,验证了所提技术方案的可行性与可靠性。

Abstract:The traditional damage treatment scheme for converter transformer oil pillow capsule is characterized by complex process, long work period and susceptibility to weather. Therefore, the paper proposes a technical method for diagnosing leakage of converter transformer oil pillow capsule without disassembly,which adopts oil exploration with the cotton swab bottom, static pressure holding test, and micro positive pressure holding pressure exhaust to quickly and accurately diagnose whether the capsule leaks without disassembling. The proposed method greatly improves the maintenance process and shortens the maintenance period, and its feasibility and reliability are verified through field practice.
