摘    要:研究了预烧温度对高导MnZn铁氧体微结构和主要磁性能的影响,研究表明,由于预烧温度对粉体的活性产生很大影响,所以适宜的预烧温度是良好显微结构和高性能铁氧体的必要保证.适当降低预烧温度可以提高材料的磁导率,而提高预烧温度能够获得较好的频率特性.

Abstract:The effect of calcining temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of high permeability MnZn ferrites was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the fitting calcining temperature was essential in order to obtain the ferrites with excellent microstructure and magnetic properties, because calcining temperature could influence the activity of particles. The lower calcining temperature made the permeability higher,and the higher calcining temperature could promote permeability frequency characteristics.
