| 摘 要： | 采用拒水拒油整理剂X-cape DRC、三防增进剂LK-30对涤棉纱绢进行三防整理。分析了影响整理效果的因素，包括DRC、LK-30的用量，柔软剂种类，烘干温度及焙烘条件，染色半成品布面pH值。例举了大车生产时的染色工艺和注意事项。试验结果表明，X—cape DRC用量20g/L、LK-30用量6g／L、布面pH值6～8时，可获得较好的拒水拒油整理效果，且耐久性良好；调节手感时可加入聚乙烯类柔软剂129、平滑剂HLC。

| Abstract: | Oil and water repellent finish of polyester/cotton blended fabric is undergone with chemicals of X-cape DRC and a promoter LK-30. Factors affecting on finishing results are analyzed, such as DRC and LK-30 concentration, softener type, drying temperature, curing conditions, as well as pH value of semi product, dyeing recipe and matters needing attention in bulk production are illustrated, it is found that fabric treated with 20g/L X-cape DRC, 60g/L LK-30 has durable oil and water repellence, polyethylene type softener 129 or smoothing agent HLC can be selected for improving the handle. |
