摘    要:应用Pro/engineer软件建立三维模型,通过对加工中心GSVM6540B主要支承部件床身的不同筋板布置方式进行Ansys有限元分析,比较不同筋板布置方案对床身静、动态特性的影响,提出结构优化方案。

Abstract:This paper uses 3D design software Pro/engineer to create models of different structure types of GSVM6540 machine center.Obtain the static and dynamic characteristic of different types of machine center's bed with the help of ANSYS software.Verify the rationality of current structure after static and dynamic influence of different structure was compared,and proposed optimum structure design.
