变电站噪声综合治理探讨

摘    要:针对近年来普遍存在的变电站主变压器噪声扰民问题,以220kV文华变电站噪声综合治理为例,在分析了变电站主要噪声源、背景噪声和噪声敏感点的特点的基础上,提出了隔声为主、吸声和消声为辅的噪声治理方案,阐述了具体的实施措施。理论估算该方案可降噪20.8dB,治理后各测点的实际监测结果验证了该方案的降噪效果明显,能满足国家环境保护的要求。

Abstract:In view of the ubiquitous noise problem of substation main transformers in recent years, the comprehensive noise control for 220 kV Wenhua Substation is cited for instance. Upon analyzing the characteristics of substation main noise source, background noise and noise sensitive point, a noise control scheme of noise isolation supplemented by noise absorption and elimination is proposed. Specific measures are expounded. It is theoretically estimated that the scheme can reduce noise by 20.8 dB. Actual monitoring results of each measuring point after the treatment show that the noise-reducing effect of the proposed scheme is obvious and can meet the national requirement of environmental protection.
