Abstract: | The problem of thermal stabilization of the frequency of magnetization autooscillations in anisotropic cubic ferrite films is considered. The variable parameters are the magnetic field direction and the crystal lattice orientation relative to the film plane. It is shown that both parameters can be chosen so as to provide the thermal stability of two ferromagnetic resonance frequencies. |
