电磁轴承系统控制参数与稳定性的关系分析

摘    要:电磁轴承系统的稳定性是这一新型支承部件的研究和应用中必须解决的问题。系统失稳的因素很多,但使电磁轴承系统稳定工作的关键是其电子控制环节。讨论了在经典PID调节器的基础上,应用Routh判据分析系统稳定性与控制环节中各参数的关系,并以此确定系统稳定时,控制环节中各参数的取值范围的方法及其频带宽度对上述参数选择范围的影响。

Abstract:The stability of electromagnetic bearing system (EMBS) is an important prob-lem which has to be solved before sending it into application. There are a lot of factorswhick make the system unstable, but,the electronic controller is a key factor. A methodto analysis the relation with Routh method based on a conventional PID regulator ismentioned and the margin of the parameters is presented, meanwhile, the margin of theparameters liminated by the bandwind of the controller loop is disccussed also.
