先张预制抗拔方桩应用研究及技术经济分析

摘    要:工程抗拔桩一般采用的钢筋混凝土灌注桩,其截面配筋是由抗裂性控制的,桩身抗拉强度有很大富余,不经济.而预应力技术可以在满足截面抗拉强度的同时,有效控制混凝土裂缝,另外,从考虑提高桩侧摩阻力的角度来说,方形截面也比圆形截面有利,但先张预制方桩作为抗拔桩目前还没有在工程中得到实际应用.通过实例计算,对先张预制抗拔方桩和钢筋混凝土抗拔桩的受力性能和抗裂性能进行比较分析,阐明了先张预制方桩作为抗拔桩在技术上的可行性和经济上的优越性.
