铝土矿中含钛矿物在矿浆预热过程中反应动力学研究

摘    要:以中国某矿区的一水硬铝石型铝土矿为原料, 采用等溶出率方法的原理, 进行了含钛矿物反应动力学的研究。含钛矿物在180~260 ℃的矿浆预热过程中脱钛反应的表观活化能值为84.4 kJ/mol。含钛矿物在180~260 ℃的范围内脱钛反应处于表面化学反应动力学控制阶段。离子扩散传质步骤不是影响反应速度的主要因素。矿浆的流动速度及状态对其反应速度不会有明显的作用。含钛矿物在高温预热段的反应随预热温度的升高迅速加快, 由此会导致高温预热段含钛矿物的结疤速度加快。

Abstract:An investigation is made of the reaction kinetics of Ti-containing minerals using diasporic bauxite as raw material according to the principle of the equal-reaction efficiency method.The Ti-containing minerals have an appearant activation enengy of 84.4 kJ/mol during the reaction of detitanization in slurry-areheating at 180~260 ℃ and the detitanization reaction of Ti-containing minerals is controlled by surface chemical reaction kinetics in the range of 180 ℃ to 260 ℃.The mass transfer process in ion diffusion is not the key factor affecting reaction velocity, and the flow velocity and flow state also have no obvious effect on the reaction velocity.The reaction of Ti-containing minerals during high temperature preheating accelerates with the rise of tempevature, resulting in speeding up of scaling of Ti-containing minerals during high temperature preheating.
