| 摘 要： | 阐述特种电机端罩冲压工艺方案。基于压杆稳定理论，探讨了该制件镦压凸肩的工艺条件，计算所需的工艺力，介绍其镦压成形模具的设计结构、工作原理。该模具已投入实际生产使用，完全满足制件制造质量要求和企业新产品开发的需要。

| Abstract: | Stamping process plan of end shield for special motor was introduced. condition of upsetting shoulder was discussed and forming force was calculated column buckling theory. The die structure and working principle was introduced. Process based on was applied in the practical manufacturing and results met quality requirement and new development demand. |
