摘    要:移相变压器结构不对称是多脉波整流系统常见的现象.通过分析多脉波整流系统对移相变压器结构的要求,给出了移相变压器的结构不对称类型,研究了不同不对称类型对移相变压器输出电压有效值和相位差的影响.以三角形联结自耦变压器为例,通过仿真和实验分析了原边绕组不对称对整流系统的影响.实验结果表明,当绕组不对称时,系统各处电压和电流相对于对称时均产生较为明显的改变,且输入电流中含有5、7次等非特征次谐波,系统长期运行于不对称状态会对电网产生较大污染.

Abstract:Asymmetry of phase-shift transformer is the common phenomenon in multi-pulse rectifier.Via analyzing the requirement of multi-pulse rectifier on phase-shift transformer,the types of asymmetry were obtained.Based on the types,the effect of different asymmetry on root mean square(RMS) and phase difference of transformer’s output voltage were analyzed.Take delta-connected autotransformer as an example,the effect of primary winding asymmetry on multi-pulse rectifier was analyzed through simulation and experiment.The experimental results show the voltage and current of the system are changed obviously,and the input current contains 5th and 7th non-characteristic harmonics,which will produce pollution to grid if the system operates for long time.
