多定子直线感应电动机任务交班控制策略

摘    要:长初级双边直线感应电动机为了进一步提高推力密度和可靠性,可以采用多台电机初级(N≥2)上下并联布置共用一个次级的结构形式.即使某台电机初级发生故障,仍然可以利用剩下N-1台电机完成预先设定任务.建立多定子直线感应电动机集总参数模型,重点研究由N台电机工作切换到N-1台电机工作,保证电机任务交班前后电磁推力不变的控制策略.在Matlab/SIMULINK环境下建立了多定子直线感应电动机任务交班仿真系统.通过两种任务交班策略的仿真对比分析,发现了多定子直线感应电动机任务交班策略中的技术难点,并提出了该领域需进一步深入研究的方向.

Abstract:In order to enhance the thrust density and reliability of double-sided linear induction motor(DSLIM),the structure of N primaries(N is an integer and N≥2) sharing just one secondary can be adopted.Then if one primary fails,the residual N-1 primaries could accomplish the scheduled target all the same.The lumped-parameter model of multiply primaries sharing one secondary motor was established,and the assignment alternating strategy of N primaries work switching to N-1 primaries work which ensures the electromagnetic force invariable was researched.In the Matlab/SIMULINK software environment,the control strategy of how multiply primaries sharing one secondary motor fulfill assignment alternating was researched.According to the simulation comparison of two assignment alternating strategy,the technology bottleneck in this field was given,also the questions need to be lucubrated at were put forward.
