电动汽车用永磁同步电机直接转矩控制电压矢量选择策略

摘    要:针对开关表控制下永磁同步电机直接转矩控制不合理转矩脉动问题,研究了电压矢量对永磁同步电机直接转控制系统控制性能的影响,得出了定子磁链幅值、转矩角和转矩的控制规律,并对实验用Honda Civic 06My Hybrid混合动力电动汽车用15 kW内置式永磁同步电机提出了一种简单实用的电压矢量选择策略.仿真和实验结果表明:与开关表相比,提出的电压矢量选择策略易于实现,结构简单,能够有效抑制因开关表失效引起的转矩脉动,固定开关频率,在更高的负载条件下运行,是电动汽车用电机控制系统一种理想的控制策略.

Abstract:In order to suppress unreasonable torque ripple caused by switching table in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) direct torque control(DTC) system,this paper studies effects of voltage vector on DTC for PMSM and gives control principles of the amplitude of stator flux,toque angle and torque.It proposed a simplified voltage vector selection strategy for a 15 kW interior PMSM used in Honda Civic 06My Hybrid electrical vehicle.Simulation and experimental results show voltage vector selection strategy proposed in this paper is easy to implement,and has a simple structure.It can suppress current and torque ripple,and fix the switching frequency and work at higher load compared with switching table.
