云南省国土资源遥感影像数据库管理系统建设

云南省国土资源遥感影像数据库管理系统是基于云南省国土资源专网办公内网的信息资源管理基础网络环境,建设遥感影像元数据库、索引数据库、遥感影像数据现势库、DEM数据现势库、矢量数据库、三维应用成果库、历史数据库、规则库、管理库。并以二维GIS引擎、三维GIS引擎、Microsoft.Net FrameWork 3.5、授权管理等为应用基础支撑,实现遥感影像数据库管理系统、遥感影像数据应用服务平台、接口服务和系统管理。实现在云南省国土资源遥感影像建设成果海量数据的基础上,对遥感影像数据的集中管理和维护,基于集中管理数据成果的应用,数据成果共享和接口服务。

The land resources remote sensing imagine database system of Yunnan Province is based on the network circumstance of information resource management of the land resources specialism network in office,the system includes constructing remote sensing imagine pixel database,index database,remote sensing imagine data present situation database,DEM current situation database,vector database,3D application achievement database,historic database,rule database,and management database.The system by means of application basic brace of 2D and 3D GIS engine and Microsoft.Net FrameWork 3.5 authorization management realizes the management of remote sensing imagine data management system,remote sensing imagine data application service platform,interface service and system management.Based on the magnanimity data of Yunnan land resources remote sensing imagine construction achievement,the system can centralize manage and protect about remote sensing imagine data,and based on the application of the centralized management of data achievement realizes the sharing of data achievement and interface service.
