摘    要:将经过丁醛等离子体处理的云母粉填充到高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或聚丙烯(PP)中,考察了填充聚合物的拉伸行为和断口形貌。结果表明,丁醛等离子体处理云母能够显著提高云母填充HDPE和PP的拉伸弹性模量和断裂伸长率,改善填充HDPE的低温韧性,在一定程度上缓解由填充导致的拉伸断裂强度的下降趋势。这是由于处理使填料与基体的结合性以及基体的延展性改善,填充体系致密性提高的结果。

Abstract:A High density polyethylene (HDPE)and a polyprolyene(PP)were filled with a mica powder which had been treated by radio frequency plasma of n-butyl aldehyde. The stretching stress-strain behavior and fracture surface morphology of the filled HDPE and PP were examined by using a tensile tester and a scanning microscope. The results show that after plasma treatment of mica surface Young' s modulus and breaking elongation of the filled HDPE and PP increase evidently at every point of mica contents from 5 percent through 40 percent,the toughness of the filled HDPE at low temperature is enhanced,and the deteriorating tendency of breaking strength of HDPE and PP resulting from filling weakens to some extent. Also,the treating conditions such as treating time and output have little influence upon the above properties. These are explained by the enhanced coupling of filler/matrix, toughened matrix, and compactly filled system due to the plasma treatment of fillers.
