摘    要:针对现有电池温度监测技术存在的问题,提出了一种基于柔性薄膜传感技术进行锂电池温度监测的方法.制备了以聚酰亚胺为柔性衬底的薄膜温度传感器,并通过转移的方式将其植入锂离子软包电池中,进行了电池内部温度充放电测试.实验表明:内置柔性薄膜温度传感器能稳定地在锂电池内部工作,并能可靠地测出锂离子电池包中的温度,可提高锂电池的运行安全,且有助于理解电池的热产生原理.

Abstract:Aiming at existing problems of battery temperature monitoring technologies,a method based on flexible thin-film sensor technique is presented to monitor the in-situ temperature of lithium ion battery(LIB).Polyimide (PI)is adopted as flexible substrate,and it is implanted into lithium ion pouch cells and internal temperature of battery is charge and discharge test.Experiments show that the embedded thin-film temperature sensor can work stably inside the battery,and the temperature of the LIB is reliably measured.The proposed technique can improve the battery safety and benefit to enhance the understanding of heat generation of the battery.
