摘    要:为了增加六自由度电磁跟踪系统定位距离,克服球形磁芯传感器大型化设计的制约因素,在验证方环线圈磁场分布规律满足磁偶极子定位原理的基础上,提出了一种大型三轴正交方环结构磁敏传感器的设计方案.综合考虑了磁芯材料、导线线径、匝数等影响因素,研制了一套大型三轴正交磁敏传感器,并进行了远距离跟踪定位实验,验证了所设计磁敏传感器的有效性和应用前景.

Abstract:In order to increase the localization distance of six-freedom-degree electromagnetic tracking system, a large-scale three-axes orthogonal magnetic sensor was designed,which can overcome the restraining factors of large-scale sphere magnetic sensor. The distribution of magnetic field of square coils was studied,which complied with the tracking algorithm of magnetic dipole. The influencing factors such as material of magnetic core,wire diameter,num-ber of turns were considered during the development of large-scale magnetic sensor. The effectiveness and practica-bility of the designed magnetic sensor were validated by the results of long distance tracking experiments.
