| Abstract: | This paper explores to establish a business quality-centered culture model that built on the results from previous studies of petroleum engineering and logging featuring all three structures of hierarchy,pyramid and triangle.This study got hold of the basic and extended meanings as well as popular research spots of business's quality culture so as to make quality control behavior the first layer,quality standard the mid layer and tradition cultivation the nucleus with quality control manual as the guideline.Moreover,the author offered some thoughts on nurturing quality-centered business culture based on the experiences from Jianghan Oil Field's Logging Unit and CNLC,thus providing useful lessons for other businesses in this trade. |
