| 摘 要： | 本文针对 L HT- 12 0 /17拉丝机中润滑油与皂化液互渗 ,以及漏油现象进行分析 ,并提出了改进措施 ,提高了成品丝的表面质量 ,减少了模具的磨损 ,节约了润滑油和皂化液的用量 ,降低了生产成本 ,有明显的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The mutual penetration of soap and lubricant and lubricant leak in LHT 120/17 wire drawing machine are analyzed and measures to solve these problems are presented. As a result, the surface quality of the finished wire is improved, the abrasion of die is reduced, the consumption of soap and lubricant is reduced and the cost is lowered. |
