维生素C-K盐结晶工艺优化

摘    要:以维生素C(VC)和K2CO3为主要原料,合成维生素C-K盐,最佳结晶条件为乙醇滴加量2∶1(乙醇量∶反应液量)、结晶温度-2℃、结晶时间6h。实验证明在此试验条件下,收率可提高到95%,含量99.6%以上。

Abstract:Vitamin C-K salt was synthesized with vitamin C and potash.The optimum conditions were that ethanol adding quantity was 2∶1(ethanol quantity∶reaction fluid amount),the crystallization temperature was-2 ℃,crystallization time was 6 h.The experiment proved the yield was more than 95%,the content was more than 99.6%.
