无氰镀银工艺研究

摘    要:针对原使用的氰化镀银工艺存在的有害环境及健康情况,开展了无氰镀银工艺研究。在研究过程中使用退火的SAE4340钢试片通过交叉试验确定硫代硫酸盐镀银相关工艺参数,对镀后镀层质量、结合力、焊接性能、电阻、防腐蚀性能及耐高温性能进行了测试,并与使用氰化镀银工艺的同材质钢试片镀后各项性能进行了比较,确定了适合使用的硫代硫酸盐镀银工艺。

Abstract:According to the original use of the cyanide silver plating process being harmful to environment and health,launched the cyanide-free silver plating technology research was launched.In the course of the study the use of annealed SAE4340 steel sheet through cross test to determine the thiosulfate silver plating process related parameters on coating quality,after plating,adhesion,welding property,resistance,corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance performance were tested,and with the use of cyanide silver plating process with steel test piece after plating performance were compared,and the suitable for use by thiosulfate silver plating process was determind.
