炼油污水装置技术改造后的运行情况分析

大庆石化公司炼油厂第二污水处理装置原设计处理量为600t/h,2008年3~5月装置进行检修、改造和扩建,增加自动控制系统及工艺参数在线分析检测仪。处理量提升至800t/h,炼油污水全部进入第二污水处理装置进行处理,处理结果表明污水净化处理效果理想。

Analysis of operation situation of refinery wastewater treatment plant after technical renovation

The original treatment capacity of the No.2 wastewater Treatment Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company Oil Refinery was 600 t/h.In Mar.-May of 2008,the process design modification,equipment overhaul,renovation and expansion were made to the Plant,and automatic control system and process parameters’online analytical detector were added,the design capacity was increased to 800 t/h,the Refinery wastewater was totally sent into the No.2 Wastewater Plant for treatment,and the application result showed that the wastewater purification treatment effect is ideal.
