冷热电联供系统多目标优化研究

摘    要:在研究冷热电联供系统发展现状与运行原理的基础上,以冷热电联供系统相对于分供系统节约的能源消耗和二氧化碳排放作为约束条件,以联供系统和分供系统的投资差值为目标函数,构建了一个惩罚函数,并以某地区为实例研究冷热电联供系统与分供系统在满足节能减排效果的条件下,达到最优经济效果的状态。研究结果表明,在文中所给定的系统状运行态下,联供系统的节能减排效果优于分供系统,在电气价格比大于0.13时,联供系统投资小于分供系统。

Abstract:Based on the research of the present development and operation principle of combined cooling,heating and power(CCHP),a penalty function has been defined in this paper,in which reduction of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions are taken as constraints,and cost saving as the objective function.A comparative case study was made between CCHP system and separate supply system in some area,where the systems were studied on the condition that both systems achieve optimal economic effect,as well as energy-saving and emission reduction effect.It was indicated that the energy-saving and emission reduction effect of CCHP system in the case study is better than the separate system;the CCHP system costs less than the separate system when the electricity /natural gas price ratio is greater than 0.13.
