一体化电梯轿厢矢量控制系统设计

摘    要:提出一种基于DSP的一体化电梯轿厢矢量控制系统,它以门机控制器为核心功能,通过CAN总线采集轿厢呼梯信号和控制轿厢内装置,从而实现电梯门机系统和呼梯系统的集成。此系统相比以往分离的门机控制器和呼梯信号采集器,降低了生产成本,便于现场安装管理。另外,系统引入PWM逆变IPM智能功率模块,并对永磁同步门机进行矢量控制,在提高了系统性能和可靠性的同时,也使得系统具有了能量回馈的能力,降低了电梯能耗。

Abstract:Aims to put forward a kind of integrated elevator car roof vector control system based on DSP,with door machine controller as the core part,it can receive calling signals and control devices in the elevator through CAN bus,which realizing the integration of door machine system and calling system of the elevator.So,it costs much less than the old system which’s door machine controller and elevator calling signal collectors are separate,moreover,it’s easier for installation and management.In addition,the system has a PWM inverter IPM module,and uses vector control method to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),which improves the system’s performance and reliability,also makes the system has the energy feedback ability and reduces the energy consumption of the elevator.
