摘    要:在对国内气体分馏装置用能现状分析的基础上,提出了气体分馏装置工艺操作上存在的问题以及节能改进的方向。指出了可利用气体分馏装置流程模拟软件确定适当的产品纯度、优化最佳的回流比及塔的操作压力,可有效降低装置的能耗和操作费用。

Abstract:Based on analysis on the energy utilization status quo of gas fractionation plants in China,problems existed in process operation and direction of improvement were proposed for gas fractionation plants. This paper pointed out,the gas fractionation plant simulation software can be used to ensure proper product purity,optimize the best reflux ratio and tower operation pressure,and this can effectively reduce energy consumption and operation cost of these plants.
