永磁副励磁机电磁场有限元分析应用

摘    要:永磁副励磁机是三机无刷励磁汽轮发电机机组的重要组成部分,它承担着给交流无刷励磁机提供励磁电流的任务,因此,它的运行可靠性对整个汽轮发电机组安全运行起着不可或缺的作用.而永磁副励磁机以往设计采用的是电路和磁路相结合的方法,计算精度较差,设计参数与实际产品输出参数差别很大.阐述了我公司运用电磁场有限元分析及场路结合的方法,设计一台永磁副励磁机的过程.

Abstract:Permanent-magnet pilot exciter is an important component of steam turbine & generator unit and supplies field current to AC exciter.Therefore,its reliability plays a very important part in safe operation of the unit.Electric circuit and magnetic circuit calculating methods are usually used in the design of the exciter,but the difference between design parameter and its actual testing result is bigger because the calculation accuracy is not good.This paper introduces the method of combining finite-element analysis with the electromagnetic field and circuit calculation in the process of a permanent-magnet pilot exciter design,which offers a valuable reference in design and improvement of the exciter.
