低频电压自动补偿的PWM变频调速系统

摘    要:本文从脉宽调制变频技术的特点出发,阐述了主电路和控制电路均采用大、中规模集成电路实现的有低频电压自动补偿的PWM变频调速系统的构成和工作原理,并着重对M57904L驱动电路和低频电压自动补偿进行了分析与讨论。最后给出了实现数据和系统运行的各种波形。实践证明:这种系统结构简单、体积小、成本低、适应性强、运行可靠,易于在生产中推广使用。

Abstract:The paper is about formation and working principles of PWM for frequency conver-sion and speed governing system with automatic compensation of low frequency voltage by applica-tion of large, middle scale IC to integrate main circuit and control circuit. And emphasis is made on analysis and discussion about M57940L driving circuit and automatic compensation of low frequencyvoltage. Finally experimental data and waveforms of operation of the system are given out. The conclusion can be drawm: The system has simplified structure, low cost, fine adaptabilityand operational reliability. And the system can be widely used in production.
