| 摘 要： | 乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂重油催化裂化装置原料油金属含量高，催化剂污染严重，为此，对兰州炼油化工总厂催化剂厂生产的LV-23催化剂进行了工业应用。结果表明，LV-23催化剂具有重油转化能力强，产品选择性好，轻质油收率和总液体收率高，抗钒污染能力显著等特点，完全能满足生产要求，创造了较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The catalyst was seriously polluted in RFCCU of Urumchi General Petrochemical Works due to high metal content in the feedstock.Commercial application of the LV 23 catalyst produced by the catalyst plant of Lanzhou General Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Works was carried out.The results showed that the LV 23 is characterized by deep conversion of heavy oil,good selectivity,high light oil yield,high total liquid yield and strong resistance to vanadium pollution,meeting the requirements of production and creating good economic benefits. |
