| 摘 要： | 采用电机直接经驱动轮通过有齿皮带带动电梯轿门开关，无机械连杆，是一种软传动方式，机械结构简单。主电路模块化结构，由80C196单片机控制2个一控器件IGBT模块，分别构成整流，能量回馈制动电路及直流双极式PWM可逆调速电路，在降低能耗的基础上，提高调速性能和定位精度。

| Abstract: | A soft-drive elevator door machine is introduced in this paper.Through notched belt and notched pulley,the motor can drive the door directly without mechanical link,simplifying the structure.The main circuit is composed of two IGBT modules.They are a commuting/regenerative braking circuit module and a bipolar DC PWM reversible speed-adjusting module and both controlled by the 80C196 single chip computer.This kind of door machine features lower power loss and better speed-adjusting performance and stopping precision. |
