四元数法在求解电极加工位姿中的应用

摘    要:本文首先针对整体涡轮盘的几何造型过程进行了研究,并提出了共轭曲面的创成条件,为求解电极在电火花创成加工中的位姿提供了数据和依据;接着讨论了电极在加工中的位姿问题,主要研究了利用四元数方法求解电极的姿态过程,最终得到了一种计算无干涉创成加工中电极运动位姿的算法。

Abstract:In order to provide data and rule to the process of solving the pose of electrode in EDM generating machining, the geometry modeling process of solid turbine is dealt with and the conjugate surface generating condition is put forward. Then the pose of electrode is discussed. And the orientation of electrode solution is mainly studied by means of quaternion. Finally, a kind of arithmetic is obtained to calculate the electrode motion pose in free-interference generating processing.
