摘    要:压合变形是压合模具的常见问题。但由于压合过程中,板件的受力方向、大小不断变化,另外影响变形的因素较多,部分问题的原因及整改方案不易确定。为了提高模具整改效率,更快的解决问题,需要有一整套的分析、验证、整改的思路进行引导。本文将围绕某车型前门总成压合时遇到的一个变形难题进行分析、验证、整改的论述。

Analysis and Rectification Measures of Hemming Deformation
Abstract:The defect of deformation is normally occurred when outer parts are hemmed. In the process of hemming, pressure under the parts is constantly changing. Also, many other factors which are not easy to be ensured may lead to deformation. Therefore, in order to solve these quality defects more quickly and efficiently, it needs guidelines to analyze problems, then make measures to figure out them. The paper shall give a discussion about one difficult deformation issue that how to be settled in some vehicle' s front door assembly.
