| Abstract: | In this paper the analysis of the warm-extruding technology for the sleeve, the warm-extruding figure of the formulate, the temperature choose, the calculation of the extruding force and the choose of the equipment were narrated. The structure design of the warm- extruding die for the sleeve, the die material of the selection and manufacturing technological requirements of the punch and the matrix were introduced. The advantages of the warm- extruding technology were expounded. |
