摘 要: | 分析了某种高压水枪的喷头套的成型工艺特点,介绍了喷头套的注射模结构设计和模具工作过程。利用斜导柱和斜滑块两种侧抽芯机构完成塑件成型,模具设计结构合理,工作可靠,生产塑件满足要求,对带有较深侧孔塑件的注射模设计有一定的参考作用。

Abstract: | The technical characteristic of a nozzle set was analyzed; the structural design of an injection mold for the molding and the working process were introduced. Using two kinds of side core-pulling mechanisms of slanted guide pillar and angled-lift split, reasonable structure and realiable working. The product was satisfied with the desire and the design had function of popularizing for plastic part with deep side hole. |
