出线座精锻成形工艺及模具设计

摘    要:出线座是中压开关的一个重要零部件,材料为T2铜,要求表面硬度不低于HB80。采用传统机械加工方法不仅费时、费料,而且不能保证其硬度指标。本文设计的"预锻+终锻精整"的精密成形工艺,采用冷锻强化的方法,解决了成形和表面硬度问题。同时运用Deform软件对成形过程进行有限元模拟分析,确定优化了工艺方案和模具参数,制定了高效率、低消耗的工艺流程。

Process of the Precision Forging Forming and Die Design for the Outlet
Abstract:Outlet is an important part of the medium voltage switching, if the outlet which is fabricated by the traditional method cutting,not only can we insure its quality, but also it is material and time wasted, and surface hardness value of HB80,and the T2 is to rely on work-hardening to achieve such a high surface hardness, the major content of this design is studying precious forging forming process of the outlet, with the analysis by the 3D finite element analog, we choice the optimal process by compared the difference of the initial and the "pre-forging and forging final, we have designed the die for the optimal process "pre-forging and forging." which is used for producing the outlet, during the designation of the die, using split die for the processing and improve the service life of die. so, we can decline the cost, short the cycle and improve the economical benefit of the production of the outlet, on the promise of insure the quality.
