| 摘 要： | 为了提高本科毕业论文的质量,加强大学生综合运用知识开展自主性、创新性的实践训练,我们提出了创新型团队模式指导本科毕业论文的方案,并进行了探索与实践。经过两年的探索和实践,该模式取得了优异的成绩,学生毕业论文成绩、团队协作精神和综合素质能力均有了明显的提高,并得到了指导教师和毕业学生的一致好评。建立起了一套完整的管理和培养模式以及有效的激励机制,其成果具有普遍的推广价值,可供研究型大学培养体系作参考。
