摘    要:复杂环境是制约雷达特别是机载雷达性能发挥的重要因素,也是通信系统设计需要考虑的关键问题.本文具体分析了我国对流层大气结构随时间和地域的分布特点,应用非线性动力学分形理论描述地海表面的空时变化特征,采用分步Fourier变换法数值求解抛物型波方程研究了不同大气剖面和地海粗糙面动态结构对雷达和通信系统的传播影响.

Abstract:The complex environment is an important factor to restrict the radar performance,especially the airborne radar.It is also a key problem to be considered in the design of communication systems.The distribution characteristics of atomspheric structure in the troposphere with time and zones in China are analyzed.The evolution features of the surfaces of the terrain and sea with space and time are described with the fractal theory of nonlinear dynamics,and propagation effects of different atmospheric sections and rough surfaces of the terrain and sea are studied with the Fourier split step method to solve the parabolic equation.
