一种简化雷诺方程的数值求解方法

摘    要:雷诺(Reynolds)方程是流体润滑的压力控制方程.本文在有限差分法的基础上,通过对超松弛因子和迭代精度的选择,采用逐次超松弛迭代法对雷诺方程进行了数值求解,并以径向滑动轴承的压力分布计算为例,说明了上述因素的具体确定方法.该方法在保证方程求解精度的基础上,具有收敛快,稳定性好,计算工作量小等特点.

Abstract:Reynolds equation is the one for controlling liquid lubrication pressure.By employing finite difference method and by choosing over-relaxation factor and iterative accuracy,the authors have proposed successive over relaxation(SOR) method for solving Reynolds equation.Application of the method to calculating the pressure distribution of radial bushing bearing helps to illustrate the approaches for determining the over-relaxation factor and iterative accuracy.On the bases of guaranteeing equation-solving accuracy,the SOR method has been proved to be of rapid convergence,good stability,and less calculation.
