“两型一化”变电站设计的初步实践

摘    要:介绍了110kV齐梁变电站设计中电气专业与土建专业密切配合,多方面进行的优化设计,从调整电气总平面布置到取消辅助用房,优化屏柜布置到合并10 kV配电装置与二次设备间.建筑物上部结构采用工厂化制造、现场拼接、干法施工的装配式构件,大大加快了施工进度,提高了施工现场的文明程度.整个变电站从开工到投入运行,施工安装调试时间不到3个月,比常规施工安装调试缩短了一半工期,满足国家电网公司"两型一化"的要求.

Abstract:The closely cooperation of the electrical and civil engineering design of the 110 kV Qiliang Substation are described;and the design is comprehensively optimized.Such as the general layout is adjusted;ancillary rooms is canceled;counter-screen is optimized;10 kV distribution equipment room and secondary equipment room is jointed.With manufacturing factory made,the scene splicing and the construction of the dry-member assembly,the construction progress of the upper structure of the building is greatly accelerated.At the same time,the level of civilization in construction site is also raised.From the start of the substation to running of the installation,the time is less than three months;it is just half of normal way.The new kind of substation can fully implement the requirement for "two types and one mode" of the State Grid Corporation.
