摘    要:活化硅酸盐矿物原料能够降低陶瓷的烧成温度,从而减少能耗。受植物吸硅现象启发,有机酸活化硅酸盐矿物被关注。本文总结了活化硅酸盐矿物研究现状及其机理,并综述了单一低分子量有机酸溶出硅酸盐矿物中骨架元素的机制,最后介绍本课题组相关研究成果,并对有机酸活化硅酸盐矿物的今后研究作了展望。

Abstract:Activated silicate mineral raw materials can reduce the firing temperature of ceramics, and decrease the energy consumption. Inspired by the phenomenon of plants absorbing silicon, the activation of silicate minerals by organic acids attracts attention. This article pay attention on the research status and activation mechanism of silicate minerals, and summarizes the mechanism of single low-molecular-weight organic acid to dissolve the framework elements in silicate minerals. Finally, the related research results of our research group was introduced,and the future research on the activation of silicate minerals by organic acids is prospected.
