| 摘 要： | 采用国家标准GB/T 5009.10-2003植物类食品中粗纤维的测定方法,对青海省不同地区青稞秸秆中粗纤维的含量进行测定,实验结果显示青稞秸秆中粗纤维含量较高,平均测定含量为38.76%。通过对青稞秸秆中粗纤维含量的分析,不仅可以对青稞秸秆的进一步开发利用提供可靠的参考依据,而且还可提出青稞秸秆资源利用的合理化建议。
